The Laduma Dhamecha Scholarship program has provided a total of 6,537 scholarships across diverse fields including engineering and medicine. This initiative has inspired further contributions, resulting in an additional 3,000 students benefiting from scholarships. Aimed at empowering academically talented students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, the program supports secondary and higher secondary education.

Through a rigorous selection process, deserving candidates receive scholarships covering tuition fees, books, and other educational expenses over six years. The program also includes courses and awareness initiatives to enhance students' skills and knowledge, aiming to empower them as agents of social change.

Each student benefits from ongoing mentoring by industry experts and companies like IBM, providing consistent guidance and support throughout their scholarship tenure. Personalized career counselling sessions are also offered to assist students in pursuing their desired careers, providing tailored guidance on career planning, skill development, and job search strategies. Additionally, students gain valuable insights into industry trends, networking opportunities, and resources for professional growth.

*Donors have the flexibility to choose the duration of their support based on their preferences, such as supporting three years of undergraduate education or providing assistance for two years during 11th and 12th grades or covering the entire six-year span of their education.
